We believe that healthy steers make healthy beef and steers are at their natural best when raised the way God intended: grazing in green pastures, growing large off the land. Our steers live on a family orchard, enjoying fresh apples and apple pumice in addition to generous grass and clean spring water. Because they are born at a farm just down the road and come to us after being weaned, we can raise them safely and cleanly without antibiotics or hormones.
